EXCHANGE ONLY OR RETURN FOR E-STORE CREDIT.
 
We thank you for shopping with FARRY Boutique, and hope that you love our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase or gift for any reason, FARRY Boutique welcomes you to exchange or return for E-store credit.  We do not offer cash refunds.
 
EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Items must be sent back and exchanged within 21 calendar days of the delivery date. 
  • Final sale on all international orders. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchange for the same item in a different size only, unless we are sold out of the style or the size.
  • Exchanges are available one time per item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and if any accessories attached to the merchandise) with tags attached.
  • If you have misplaced the original packaging please use a solid Poly Mailer, USPS Mailer, UPS Mailer, FedEx Mailer or Recycle packaging can be used with no other shipping label on it and as long as it's in excellent condition and does not damage the return order. We do not accept return order shipped in packaging has other brand name all over.
  • If any promotions was applied with the original purchase, exchange will be done in that same manner. Current promotions will not be applied at any of the exchange items.
  • We can not replace or accept return on 'wear & tear'. 
  • Orders placed using Afterpay, Sezzle can only be exchanged. Order paid in full with E-Store Credit are final sale.
  • Please note The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or return for store credit

  • Farry Boutique does not offer free return labels.You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 
  • Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Exchange Policy will not be accepted, and your exchange order will be sent back to you.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
  • To make the exchange process smoother for our client it's important that we have tracking info so we are certain that exchange order is on its way and we have clients desired styles in stock as we can only hold items for 8 business days for exchange from the time Customer Care Team has been contacted for exchange.

  • All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the 'Exchange Policy'. Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Exchange Policy will not be accepted, and your exchange order will be sent back to you.

  • Exchange order is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return order once the return order is received.

  • Exchange items must be same amount or higher can not be under the exchange amount.

  • If the new selected exchange style items are higher amount then the original purchased amount then we will send you an itemized invoice for the difference amount owed to Farry Boutique and once the invoice payment has been cleared we will ship out the exchange order.

  • Once your Exchange order processed we will send you an email with new receipt and tracking info.

 
HOW TO EXCHANGE/ RETURN
Only 3 simple steps to return/exchange 
1)  To return simply complete the 'Return Style Name' column 
  • To exchange for a different size, please contact Customer Service Team to inform, and to hold the size that you would like to exchange with along with the tracking info of the return order. (If we are sold out of the style or size for your exchange you can exchange style that is same amount or higher value then the original purchase will be charged accordingly. If for any reason we are unable to get ahold of client to finalize the exchange item(s) a Farry emailed E-store credit will be issued automatically for client to use on future purchases however, we wait 21 business days and we will attempt to send few emails before we issue an emailed E-Gift Card )
2)  Complete the 'Return/Exchange Form' that has been sent to you with your order, and send the 'Form' back with the items for return. In order for us to get your exchange order correctly it is very important that client completes the Exchange Form correctly. 
3)  Once you have shipped the Exchange order please send us email with tracking information so we can track the order and prepare the exchange order for you so we can ship out your exchange order as fast as we can. Farry Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • All regular-priced-item returns will be refunded via E-store credit.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Please note: All items that are sent back as return need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy. Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Return Policy will not be accepted, and your return order will be sent back to you.

  • Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return once the return order is received.

  • E-Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

  • Expect an email E-Gift Card from 'Gifted' after your return has been accepted which maybe 2-3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center.

  • E-Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.

  • Redeemable at FARRY Boutique online purchase

  • When checking out if the new total amount is higher then remaining credit balance on this E-store credit can not be used and amount differences can be paid via different credit card.

  • To checkout using e-store credit using cell phone

  1. Click the CHECKOUT WITH CARD/GIFT CARD option

  2. It will take you to CHECKOUT page

  3. scroll down to option REDEEM A GIFT CARD and enter the E-store credit number.

  • If having trouble checking out using E-store credit our customer care team will be more then happy to place an order behalf of you. Please email our customer care with details below so we can get the right order for you and can ship the order as fast as we can:

1. Style name exactly as it shows on our website

2. Color

3. SKU number

4. Size ( please check ahead of time to be sure style is available in your size)

5. Full name

6. Shipping address including apt/unit number if applicable

  • If the new selected exchange style items are higher amount then the E-store credit amount then we will send you an itemized invoice for the difference amount owed to Farry Boutique and once the invoice payment has been cleared we will ship out the order.

  • E-store credit Can not be redeemed for cash.

  • E-gift card valid for online purchase only.

  • E-store credit valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
