IN STORE RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY
We thank you for shopping with F A R R Y Boutique, and hope that you love our products. If you are not completely satisfied with F a r r y Boutique purchase or gift for any reason, F a r r y welcomes you to exchange. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURN FOR IN STORE CREDIT OR CASH REFUND FOR IN STORE PURCHASES.
Items must be Exchanged within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
Exchanges are available one time per item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and if any accessories attached to the merchandise) with tags attached.
If any promotions was applied with the original purchase, exchange will be done in that same manner.
Current promotions will not be applied at any of the exchange items.
Client can exchange for same style, or other styles in the same amount or higher amount then the original purchase, and we will charge the amount differences accordingly.
Once item inspected for return/exchange and items are not in original condition, Exchange or Return for store credit will be subject to denial.
Following items are considered "Final Sale" can not be exchanged or return.
