Pickup hours: Tuesday - Friday 11:00 am - 5:30 pm. We take "post office run" break from 4pm-4:30 pm on weekdays. Sat 11:00 am - 6:00 pm Central standard time excluding public holidays, however if customer wishes to pickup their order during public holidays please email us and let us know so we can try to have the order ready for you. Farry boutique is currently running Free Standard Shipping within USA  (7-8 business days) using code 'FREESHIP'. The coupon code 'Freeship' only apply towards Standard shipping. If a client uses the shipping code at checkout towards 'Priority Shipping or Express shipping' the shipping method will automatically change to Standard Shipping. Farry boutique Does not offer Free Shipping towards 'Priority Shipping or Express shipping'. 
 
We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you ordered way in advance or need your product ASAP. You'll have a choice of shipping speeds, depending on which products are in your cart. For example, if some of your items are Re-Stock and Pre-Order items, we can only ship Express shipping as soon as items are in stock ( product description of the style will have estimated arrival date ). All orders process and ship within 24-48 hours on business days unless stated other wise in product description. Please note that all Re-Stock items and Pre-Order items will not ship until the merchandise arrives. Our fastest option is Express Shipping (3-4 business days).

Free Standard shipping within USA on all orders with code FREESHIP at checkout 7-8 business days. Without code standard shipping cost is a flat fee of $12.00 Orders shipped in Standard Shipping are typically shipped within 1-2 days and arrive in 7 to 8 business days.
PRIORITY SHIPPING
Priority Shipping 4-5 Business days. Orders under $100 Shipping is a flat rate of $16. Orders Over $100 is a flat rate of $25. Orders confirmed before 10 AM CST ( Central Standard Time ) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 10 AM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM CST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
 
EXPRESS SHIPPING
 
Express Shipping 2-4 Business days. Orders under $100 Shipping is a flat rate of $25. Orders Over $100 Shipping is a flat rate of $55. 
Orders confirmed before 10 AM CST ( Central Standard Time ) will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 10 AM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM CST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Free Standard shipping INTERNATIONAL on orders over $150.00. It can take between 3-4 Weeks depending on the country.
Under $150 shipping  cost is a flat fee of $20. Shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.

Free Standard shipping to CANADA on orders over $75. It can take between 2-4 Weeks. Orders under $75 shipping cost is a flat fee of $12. Shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.
Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes FARRY to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees FARRY may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. 

Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
FARRY does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Missing item
 
If your package arrives damaged, or you are missing item (s) you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will need:

Photos that clearly show the extent of damage of the received packaging.

Save the original packaging and everything in the package until your claim is settled.

Do not throw out damaged package, even after you photograph them.

You may be asked to take the entire package to your local Post Office facility for inspection Or send it back to us.

Contact shipping couriers
 
We partnered with USPS/UPS as our courier. Once tracking information has been provided to you from FARRY, you can track through the carrier website or call them with the tracking information to track your order.

PLEASE NOTE: 

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sundays.
PREORDER/ RESTOCKING SOON ITEMS are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping.
FARRY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order at stylesbyfarry@yahoo.com.

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, FARRY is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes + duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed, after that, we ship according to your shipping option choice.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Of course we do! Free Standard shipping within USA on all orders with code FREESHIP at checkout 7-8 business days. Without code standard shipping cost is a flat fee of $12, for International Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.00 with code FREESHIPINTL at checkout 14-35 business days depending on the country and customs clearance. 

4. Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking details, the delivery method which will have estimated arrival date, for international orders shipping arrival date depends on the custom clearance. You can log into your account on Farry website also go to your order history to look up tracking info. 

5. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including United States Postal Service, UPS , FedEx and DHL. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

6. Can I arrange for my own shipping provider / courier to deliver my order?
We’re sorry, as of now we can’t accommodate special shipping requests.

7. Do you ship internationally? 
Of course we ship Internationally!

8. Do you ship to APOs and MPOs?
Unfortunately as of now we can’t, but we’re looking into how we can ship to military addresses.

9. My package was supposed to arrive today, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
Packages are delivered by 8pm in your time zone daily. If it is not yet 8pm you can view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. You can also contact the provided shipping carrier using the tracking information provided by us to find out the latest information on your order arrival status.

10. What if my package is returned to the sender?
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. Please use the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. If for any reason client enters an incorrect address or missing any information on the shipping address, and the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our manufacturing facility, please Contact us  and we’ll reship your order free of charge.
