EXCHANGE ONLY OR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT.
 
We thank you for shopping with F A R R Y Boutique, and hope that you love our products. If you are not completely satisfied with F a r r y Boutique purchase or gift for any reason, F a r r y welcomes you to exchange or return for in store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
 
Exchange Policy:
  • Items must be Exchanged within 21 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Exchange for the same item in a different size only; unless we are sold out of the style or the size. 
  • Exchanges are available one time per item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and if any accessories attached to the merchandise) with tags attached. 
  • If any promotions was applied with the original purchase, exchange will be done in that same manner. Current promotions will not be applied at any of the exchange items.
  • Exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in the US. International Orders are FINAL SALE.
  • Orders placed using Afterpay or paid in full with E-Store Credit are not eligible to exchange.
  • Exchange FORM must be completed as its directed so we can get the right Style/Size/Color and complete your exchange as fast as we can for you to enjoy your purchase. 
  • Client must specify on the email and on the exchange Form Exchange Style name, Color, Size and Price must be written just as specify on our website. Please be sure to print all the style informations.
  • Please note The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or return for store credit

To exchange for a different size, please contact Customer Service Stylesbyfarry@yahoo.com to inform, and to hold the size that you would like to exchange with. If we are sold out of the style or size for your exchange you can exchange style that is same amount or higher value then the original purchase will be charged accordingly. If for any reason we are unable to get ahold of client to finalize the exchange item(s) a Farry emailed E-store credit will be issued automatically for client to use on future purchases however, we wait 21 business days and we will attempt to send few emails before we issue an emailed E-Gift Card. 
Please fill out the Exchange Form that has been sent to you with your order, and send the Form back with the items for return. In order for us to get your exchange order correctly it is very important that client completes the Exchange Form correctly. 
F a r r y is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. We offer FREE SHIPPING using coupon code 'FREESHIP', We do not offer free return labels. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

How do I return an item?
 
Exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in the US. International Orders are FINAL SALE.
Please ship it back in original package with the return address on the packaging accordance with our return policy.
All regular-priced-item returns will be refunded via E-store credit.
Please note that items labeled as ‘Bodysuits', ‘Final Sales', and ‘Accessories' ' Leggings' cannot be returned or exchanged.

How will I receive my store credit? 

Once your return has been approved, expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 2-4 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

How do I initiate an exchange? 

Exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in the US. International Orders are FINAL SALE

Send us an email at stylesbyfarry@yahoo.com specifying the eligible items you would like to Exchange.

Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, If we are sold out of the style or size for your exchange you can exchange style that is same amount or higher amount then the original purchase and we will send you an invoice for payment differences. Once the invoice has been paid off we will ship the exchanged item, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 2 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped. You are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item.

What if my item is damaged or defective? 

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at stylesbyfarry@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item providing pictures of the damage/ defective item so we can rectify it for you right away! 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it is ready to ship, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please check your junk mail as well. Feel free to contact us at stylesbyfarry@yahoo.com or on our mobile chat option through our website, if you do not receive your tracking info within 24 hours of placing order of business days. 

You may check the history of your orders + current status by logging into your FARRY account.

How can I contact shipping couriers?

 

We partnered with USPS/UPS as our courier. Once tracking information has been provided to you from FARRY, you can track through the carrier website or call them with the tracking information to track your order.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All orders process and ships within 1-2 business days unless stated other wise in product description. Please note that all in-stock items purchased with a " pre-order"  or " restocking soon"  will not ship until the merchandise arrives.
Free Standard Shipping using code FREESHIP within USA on all orders. 7-8 business days. 
Without using code standard shipping
is a flat rate of $12.
Priority Shipping 5-6 Business days.  Orders under $100 Shipping is a flat rate of $16. Orders Over $100 Shipping is a flat rate of $25.
Express Shipping 2-4 Business days. Orders under $100 Shipping is a flat rate of $25. Orders Over $100 Shipping is a flat rate of $55. 
Orders confirmed before 10 AM CST ( Central Standard Time ) will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 10 AM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM CST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Free Standard shipping INTERNATIONAL on orders over $150.00. It can take between 3-4 Weeks depending on the country.
Under $150.00 shipping  cost is a flat fee of $20. DHL Express shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier. Farry does not cover duties and taxes for international orders.
