Do you provide International delivery? 

 

Yes we do. We use UPS, USPS or DHL. Please see International Shipping Policy for Shipping Tax/Duties.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Orders placed using Afterpay or paid in full with E-Store Credit are not eligible to exchange. International orders are final sale.

Please ship it back in original package with the return address on the packaging accordance with our return policy.

All regular-priced-item returns will be refunded via store credit.

Please note that items labeled as ‘Bodysuits', ‘final Sales', and ‘Accessories' cannot be returned or exchanged.
F a r r y is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.  
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).  
Items must be sent back within 21 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and if any accessories attached to the merchandise) with tags attached. 
Only one exchange request can be done at a time for the same order.
If any promotions was applied with the original purchase, exchange will be done in that same manner. Current promotions will not be applied at any of the exchange items.
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return once the return order is received.

How do I track my order?

Once your oder is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it is ready to ship, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please check your junk mail as well. Feel free to contact us at stylesbyfarry@yahoo.com or on our mobile chat option through our website, if you do not receive your tracking info within 24 hours of placing order of business days. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

We partnered with USPS/UPS as our courier. Once tracking information has been provided to you, you can track through Their website or call them with the tracking information to track your order.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All orders process and ships within 1-2 business days unless stated other wise in product description. Please note that all in-stock items purchased with a " pre-order"  or " restocking soon"  will not ship until the merchandise arrives.

Free Standard shipping within USA on all orders with code FREESHIP at checkout 7-8 business days. Without code standard shipping cost is a flat fee of $12.

Priority Shipping  4-5 business days.  Orders under $100 Shipping cost $16. Orders Over $100 Shipping cost  $25

Express Shipping 2-4 business days. Orders under $100 Shipping cost $25. Orders Over $100 Shipping cost  $55

Free Standard shipping to CANADA on orders over $75 using code 'FreeShipToCA' at checkout 7-21 Business days. Orders under $75 shipping  cost is a flat fee of $12.

Free Standard shipping INTERNATIONAL on orders over $150. It can take between 3-4 Weeks depending on the country.
Orders under $150 shipping  cost is a flat fee of $20. DHL Express shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.
